A great deal of handcrafting goes into the production process before one of our crystal lamps leaves the production line. Many steps are necessary to produce a lamp. All products are subject to strict quality control.

Spare parts also play a role. Our traditional production processes hardly change, so spare parts can be reordered if needed, even years later.
